Trần Ngọc Dụng

Diễn giả, Trần Ngọc Dụng, sinh trưởng tại Quảng Nam miền Trung Việt Nam,từng làm trưởng ban dịch thuật và phụ tá đặc trách thông tin cho Cơ Quan Thông Tin Liên Vụ Hoa Kỳ (JUSPAO) tại Quảng Trị (1964-1969), cựu sinh viên văn khoa và luật khoa Đại học Saigon, giảng viên trường Sinh Ngữ Quân Đội và trường Quân Y (1971-1975), và giảng viên tại Đại Học Tổng Hợp (1980-91). Tại Hoa Kỳ tác giả từng dạy tiếng Việt tại UCLA, UCI, và UCR (2002-2005) và tiếng Anh sinh ngữ hai tại School of Continuing Education, Fullerton và Lincoln Education Center, Garden Grove (1997- 2008). Hiện nay, tác giả đang dạy tiếng Việt tại Coastline Community College và Santa Ana College từ 2000 đến nay. đồng thời là trưởng ban dịch thuật tiếng Việt tại Khu Học Chánh Garden Grove từ 2009, trưởng khối huấn luyện của Ban Đại Diện các Trung Tâm Việt ngữ (từ 2015), từng là chuyên viên duyệt đề thi cho viện ngôn ngữ Defense Language Institute của bộ Quốc Phòng Hoa Kỳ, Monterey, và là cộng tác viên của National Resources Center for Asian Languages của California State University, Fullerton. Năm 2017 tác giả được nhận Giải Thưởng Award of Distinction do Sở Giáo Dục Orange County trao tặng.

Dịch thuật và sáng tác ’Translation and authorship’:

Diễn giả xuất bản 15 sách dịch thuật từ Anh qua Việt, 11 tác phểm từ Việt qua Anh ngữ. Đồng thời ấn hành 12 tác phẩm cùng dự định ấn hành 9 tác phẩm trong tương lai. Những tác phẩm ấn hành  gồm:
